FOOTBALL & CHEEER CAMP NEWS
Mark your calendars for the Ed Lombardi Football Camp & Summer Competitive Cheer Camp is July 21st . These are MANDATORY CAMPS for ALL PLAYERS AND CHEERLEADER if your child chooses not to sell (7) $10 Discount Cards for fundraising - click HUSKY link above to register. Also mark your calendars to attend one of the two scheduled Mandatory Finalization meetings on Sunday, July 11 th at 4:00pm or Wednesday, July 14 th at 6:00pm at Smedberg MS (parent meeting in the gym followed by finalization in the MP room).
PLAYER FORMS AND ONLINE REGISTRATION
The following documentation must be turned in for your child to participate the first day of practice.
A copy of your child’s birth certificate for participants that did not participate in 2009.
A copy of your child’s 2010 physical.
The most recent copy of your child’s report card.

Physical Examination Notice – the Sheldon High School Football Booster’s is offer a $20.00 physical examination on Saturday, July 10 th (time TBA) in the Sheldon High School cafeteria. Doctors will be on hand to perform the physicals. Make sure you bring your SJH physical examination form with you.
